Terms of Service

General guidelines:

  • I have the right to display any commissions as a sample for sales and self promotion.

  • I have the right to decline any commision I do not feel comfortable doing.

  • I will not work with clients if I find them to be promoting hatespeech.

  • I do not draw pornographic material, and may reject your commission if I feel your character is used in "SFW" fetish content.

Payment and Use:

  • Payments are in USD, through PayPal invoice only.

  • Payment is due in full upfront. I do not accept payment plans at this time.

  • Artwork cannot be used commercially. You may not profit from my art, sell prints or products, etc. (Prints for personal use are OK!)

  • You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

  • You are welcome to upload your commission to social media with credit.

Refunds and canceling:

  • If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of payment.

  • I do NOT refund finished artwork.

  • You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
